How Do I pay service provider?

There is no need for cash payment after the job has been completed. Payments are made either on the platform or paid directly into our bank accounts. The company pays the artisans directly once the job has been verified and marked complete.

To be service provider, you will need to meet these requirements: -A Ghanaian citizen and those with work permit who are authorized to work in Ghana. - Unexpired National Id - Police report - Passport picture - Bank account

What’s your cancellation policy?

If a requester cancels a confirmed request within 24 hours of its scheduled start time, the person may be charged a 20% cancellation fee based on the service provider’s rate. Also, if the cancellation is before 24hrs hours of its scheduled start time, the person may be charged a 5% cancellation fee based on the service provider’s rate However, if the cancellation is the fault of the service provider there wouldn’t be any charged fee.

What’s your Refund Policy?

The customer will be notified after the service provider completes the service and he or she has within a week to raise any queries concerning the job. if the person fails to raise a query within a week, then the job is considered completed and there wouldn’t be any refund. Refund money can always be picked in a form of a check, bank and money transfer within Ghana.

How long does it take to verify service providers documents?

Usually within 14 working days after you’ve submitted your documents. Incorrect, missing or unclear documents will delay the process.

How do I know that my accounts have been verified

What Is Your Rescheduling Policy?

Adwumapa understands that your time is valuable and that your schedule can change on short notice. Adwumapa offers a flexible rescheduling policy to meet the needs of our valuable customers and our valuable technicians. You may reschedule a confirmed appointment up to 3 hours prior to the appointment time at no charge.

How do I know which service provider is assigned to my appointment?

Once a services provider is assigned to your service request, you will receive an appointment confirmation email with the tech’s name and photo. Please ensure you verify the providers national id in addition with the id issued by Adwumapa when he or she arrives at the job location to avoid impersonation. Adwumapa will not be liable when you fail to verify the providers ID.

What’s is your preferred method of payment for a service?

Payment of services can be made through the application or on the website(optional), this attracts a bank charges, but our preferred payment method is directly depositing the money into our bank accounts and then sending us the pay in slip either by email or bringing it in person at the office. Please note the requested services would start once we verify the payment with our bankers.

Can I select the same service provider for subsequent visits?

To ensure the best and most efficient service possible, we match you with the most qualified service provider at the time you request your service. Currently, you are unable to request a specific technician.

How do you request for an additional service when a provider is on site?

You sign into your accounts on the platform and make your request. Please note any additional job offered off our platform will not be acceptable. Adwumapa will not be liable or held accountable when such situations happen.
